The ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ICE ERO) is responsible for enforcing the immigration laws by identifying, arresting, and removing aliens who present a danger to national security or are a risk to public safety, as well as those who enter the United States illegally or are present without status.
Many of our clients are reporting to ICE ERO on Orders of Supervision. For those in the New England Area, ICE check-ins will be at their Burlington Office.

The NVC is a component of the U.S. Department of State responsible for the processing of visa petitions approved by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
