Crystal is a skilled attorney who brings a fresh and creative perspective to the Firm’s practice. Her warm personality endears her to our clients and government adjudicators alike. She is constantly seeking creative solutions to her clients’ problems and is focused on presenting her cases to the courts and USCIS in a compelling and human way. She collaborates daily with Attorney Corbaci in developing winning strategies for all our clients.
Crystal has always been passionate about immigration because of her own family’s immigration story from the Dominican Republic to the U.S. and she understands the struggle of going through the immigration process. While at Roger Williams School of Law, she was able to direct her passion toward immigration law by participating in the school’s immigration clinic. She joined Corbaci Law in 2017 and now regularly appears before the immigration court and USCIS with clients. She has headed up the Firm’s U-visa and Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) practices in addition to handling all types of cases the Firm handles. She has also become invaluable in assisting Attorney Corbaci in maintaining the Firm’s smooth operation, training staff, and supervising activities in our Woburn location. She has also enjoyed many successes and victories during her time at the Firm.
Crystal is a proud New Englander, frequent international traveler, and aspiring baker. She also speaks fluent Spanish.
